01Who you're dealing with
Claros is provided by Timur Monasypov, operating as Claros, Massachusetts, USA. No company has been formed yet. Contact: the contact on the home page.
02The preview
Access is by invitation and password. It is pre-release software: it can change, break, lose data or go offline at any time. There is no SLA and no support commitment.
Use demo or test data where you can. Don't connect tools or check actions that hold regulated data or anything you can't afford to lose.
03Your content
You keep what you bring: your rules, the content of the tools you connect, and the actions you send to be checked. You let us process them only to run Claros for you, as described in the Privacy page.
Only connect tools you are allowed to share with us, tell the people whose Macs and agents are checked, and only record people by voice who have agreed to it.
04What Claros produces
Suggested rules, checks, stops, asks and nudges are generated with AI models and can be wrong. A rule acts only after its owner confirms it, and an unclear case goes to a person. They don't replace that person, an auditor or a professional opinion. You are responsible for decisions made with them.
05Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around the password, or use it for anything unlawful. We can end access at any time.
06No warranty, limited liability
The preview is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the preview (nothing).
07Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. We'll post changes here with a new date.
